Questions
Quick answers.
When should I do it?+
The same time every week, while the week is still fresh: Friday after the close or Sunday before the open.
I only traded twice. Still worth it?+
Yes. It takes five minutes, and a quiet week that kept the plan is worth writing down.
How many lessons should I take?+
One. Three lessons turn into none by Tuesday.
What makes a good experiment?+
Something you can count. “Max three trades a day” works. “Be more disciplined” doesn’t, because you can’t tell if you did it.
Where do the numbers come from?+
