A trading journal
for Coinbase.
Connect Coinbase once and your trades come in on their own, or drop in its export file. Either way, every trade is checked, priced and scored.
How to export from Coinbase.
- 1
On Coinbase open Statements and generate your transaction history as CSV.
- 2
On Advanced, export your fills instead.
Then in Journalcade press Import and drop the file in. There are no columns to match.
Sync Coinbase in three steps.
- 1Make a View key
On portal.cdp.coinbase.com open API keys → Secret API keys and create one with only the View permission. Never tick Trade or Transfer.
- 2Copy both parts
Copy the key’s ID (or its name, organizations/…/apiKeys/…) and its private key. Coinbase shows the private key once, so keep the window open.
- 3Paste them in Journalcade
Open Settings → Auto-sync, pick Coinbase and paste them in. The first sync brings your history in; then trades come in every 6 hours, or when you press Sync now.
Check your Coinbase export, free.
- Drop it on the free trade audit
- See what revenge trades and held losers cost
- Read in your browser, never uploaded
