A trading journal
for Kraken.
Connect Kraken once and your trades come in on their own, or drop in its export file. Either way, every trade is checked, priced and scored.
How to export from Kraken.
- 1
On Kraken open History → Export (on Kraken Pro, Documents → Export), choose Trades, and drop the CSV here (unzip the download first).
Then in Journalcade press Import and drop the file in. There are no columns to match.
Sync Kraken in three steps.
- 1Make a read-only key
On Kraken open Settings → API (on Kraken Pro, Settings → Connections & API) and create a key. Tick only Query Funds, Query Open Orders & Trades and Query Closed Orders & Trades. Never Deposit, Withdraw or any trade permission.
- 2Copy both parts
Copy the API key and the private key. Kraken shows the private key once, so keep the window open.
- 3Paste them in Journalcade
Open Settings → Auto-sync, pick Kraken and paste them in. The first sync brings your history in; then trades come in every 6 hours, or when you press Sync now.
Check your Kraken export, free.
- Drop it on the free trade audit
- See what revenge trades and held losers cost
- Read in your browser, never uploaded
